We accept most insurance plans, but we do ask that you contact our office at 480-275-5099 before your child’s visit to confirm that we are in network with your insurer. We also suggest that you contact your provider before your child’s appointment so that you understand your benefits. We will be happy to answer any questions you have and we will do our best to help you maximize your benefits. Please remember that you are responsible for any co-pays or out-of-pocket expenses at the time of your child’s appointment.
